Holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA Network+, Security+, and A+, Ian has also completed additional training in cybersecurity and web development. His experience includes managing enterprise-grade infrastructure, supporting large-scale deployments, and leading day-to-day IT operations — all with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
